    This place is great for romantic dinners—or cocktails. Get a window seat. Friendly staff. Steaks are great but start at 75. Views are unstoppable.

    We had an excellent dining experience at the Sage Room. Frank was the acting manager and he was so hospitable and helpful with us and other customers. Great service, great management, great overall experience. Stop in the lounge next door for a cocktail also, both the restaurant and lounge offer great views of Lake Tahoe.

    We went to the Sage Room for their Bananas Foster and superb view of Lake Tahoe. It did not disappoint on ANY element of the experience!! The view was everything you could hope for, and could be enjoyed from every table, though ours was the best with a corner window. The service was 5 star with friendly staff that continued to be attentive to any need we might have. I'm a big water drinker, and they didn't let my glass get an inch down before refilling it! We started with cocktails as we watched the sun move toward the horizon. My husband ordered the sea bass, I had the salmon, and we ordered a side of asparagus. Delicious food with large servings! As the sun was setting, we enjoyed the table side preparation of Bananas Foster for two. We were married here almost 40 years ago, and it was my first experience with this dessert, and the reason we chose this venue for dinner. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful experience! If your wallet can take the hit, it is well worth it!

    Sage Room is located at the top floor of Harvey’s. It’s a very convenient steakhouse for people who are staying in Harvey’s hotel. Really quiet place and giving its dark essence. They have windows where you can see all buildings in Stateline with beautiful views. I think I’ve been in this place before. Unsure because it’s been a while since I dine here. The food tends to be really good here especially the bread. I am quite amazed that it is really delicious because usually breads from other restaurants taste alright. Salmon tastes really crispy. I have never taste salmon that crispy before. I really appreciate the service here especially the staff for being professional. I heard that items from the menu change over time if I am right, but hopefully, they can bring more good food.

    The ambiance was relaxed yet sophisticated. The food was great and the view was breathtaking. I would consider this fine dining. We came with a group of 6, multiple drinks around with appetizers and a meal for everyone came close to 900 including tip. The chef & team did a phenomenal job at accommodating our friends extremely strict dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend experiencing this restaurant with a table next to the windows. Not a single complaint from any one of us. We truly enjoyed it. Can believe we've been coming up to Nevada state line all these years and not once coming here. I look forward to my next visit.

    Me and hubby went to dinner here on new years, we had a beautiful view from where we were sitting. The food for me was good. They don’t have a a-lot of vegetarian options so hubby didn’t really enjoyed it like i did.

    The view of the lake is what makes this a good place to eat. But the prices are rather high for the quality. Rib Eye steaks were huge. Caps were good. Filet Mignon ordered medium looked medium rare but some parts were rather tough. The black pepper corn sauce it came in was good though. French Onion soup was excellent. The Banana Foster made at the table was good and huge. The waiter kept urging us to order 2 for the table but one was enough for 4. Service was a little bit slow at first but picked up as the evening went along. Wine list is huge and has some reasonably priced ones. Lots of seating most with good views.

    We came to the Sage room to celebrate a late Father’s Day. My family and I really enjoyed our meal and especially our service. Their manager is simply lovely and very accommodating. The food was great.
